With the goal of reducing water consumption and eliminating chemicals from the site, nine (9) Dolphin Chemical Free Water Treatment devices were chosen for this project. Before the Dolphins were added to the project, the cycles of concentration were predicted to be approximately five (5) to six (6). With the Dolphins treating the water, the cycles of concentration are predicted to be ten (10), greatly reducing the overall make up requirement.

For the large concrete, million gallon sump, (6) – 8" Dolphins were selected. Due to their location outdoors, weatherhoods were added. An upgraded Walchem controller was utilized to provide daily "desk top" status of the actual conductivity of the water versus its setpoint.
