I was born in the Netherlands. In 1966, I graduated from Chamblee High School. Later, I attended University of Georgia and received a Batchelor of Arts Degree. I also attended Athens Technical Architectural Design School in 1974.

I have held positions as a teacher in both high school and junior high schools. For the past twenty years, I have worked in the engineering and architectural design industry. In 1996, I joined Brake & Hegyan, Inc., where I now manage the Parts Department and oversee the warehouse. Additionally, I provide IT support when needed.

My hobbies include tennis, record collecting, gardening and landscaping, guitar, model helicopters and keeping Marcia happy.
