After attending Gordon Military College and Southern Technical Institute, I was employed by York, Division of Borg Warner as a project engineer working with built up commercial & industrial cooling and heating systems. Several years later, I entered the army. After a three and a half year tour, I was discharged and returned to the commercial & industrial service side of the HVAC business.

I accepted an opportunity to move to Seattle, Washington and work with MCC Powers as a sales engineer, selling service and pneumatic control systems. Several years later, I accepted a position allowing me to move back to my home in Atlanta, Georgia. I accepted that position. After many years of working in the service industry, I was given an opportunity to specialize in the cooling tower side of the industry, namely BHI Parts Inc. and Baltimore Aircoil Cooling Towers.
